We may find ourselves repeating the seemingly same relationships … or struggling with maladaptive behaviors or troubling symptoms. Though they may seem to not have a source, often when we look deeper, we find that they may have their roots in early imprints, sometimes going as far back as conception, as fetal and perinatal stress, or are of ancestral origin. In this workshop we will explore these mysterious forces --- how they can affect our lives and our health, and how we can defuse these forces and live our lives more fully and freely.
